Wow, what a great way to reorient your thinking about that super-long list of things you haven’t gotten done. You have to have that, otherwise how would you remember it all. But, if you’re anything like me, you feel at least a little guilty every time you look at it. This technique doesn’t get rid of that (negative motivation does work after all), but it does add a positive spin on the topic that helps counter-balance things. I’m going to try this myself.
